FEE RULES

All fees are to be deposited by cash or cheque on or before due date with Axis Bank Extension Counter, DPS School Campus, Village Nipania, Indore. Phone No. 2555473, 2555474 or with Axis Bank,  Y N Road Branch, Indore. Ph.No.2436908, 2436909.

Payment schedule is as follows and due dates should be strictly adhered to.

The cheque is to be drawn in favour of Delhi Public School, Indore.

Cheque drawn only on local branches at Indore will be accepted. Post-dated cheque will NOT be accepted

Please ensure that the cheques are complete in all respects i.e. date, amount, in figure & words, name of Drawee & signature of Drawer.

For cheque payments Scholar No. & Name of the student should be written on the back side of the cheque.

If any cheque payment is not honoured on presentation for any reason, a penalty of Rs. 150/- will be charged as cheque dishonour charges. Subsequently the parents will have to deposit the fees including cheque bounce charges in cash only at the school extn. counter and in future cheque payments will not be accepted by school.

Fees have to be paid in advance in four installments. Each installment= Tuition Fee + Bus fee for three months.

Annual charges have to be paid with the first installment.

If fees is not paid in full as per last date given, it should be paid with late fee of Rs. 100/- only at Extn. Counter, School Admn. Office payable within the calendar month, failing to do so, the name of the child will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission fee of Rs. 1000/- will be charged, if re-admission is granted.

It is not obligatory on part of school to send fee reminder.

In case of doubt regarding the payment of dues, parents are advised to make the payment first and ask for a refund later.

Duplicate fee booklet can be issued on payment of Rs. 100/- with the permission of the Chief Accounts Officer after obtaining a certificate from the parents regarding the loss of the previous one.

Parents have the option to deposit fees for the whole year in advance.

In case of refund or extra charges levied by the school, parents will kindly deal directly with the school accounts office between 09.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs on any working days.

Students are not allowed to visit the Bank or Accounts Office, for any reason, during the school hours as it disturbs their studies and effects school discipline.

Parents should obtain no-dues certificate before Half Yearly Examination & Final Examination in prescribed format, failing which the student will not be allowed to appear in examination part payment of tuition fee or bus fee is not permissible..

In case of withdrawal or discontinuity of bus facility, please refer withdrawal rule mentioned on almanac.
